Tsafi Danieli PhD, Founder and Director

Tsafi Danieli

Dr. Tsafi Danieli founded BioGiv Excubator in 2014, and has been its director since 2017. She is also the head of Hebrew University's Protein Expression Core Facility, a biotechnology research and training center specializing in molecular biology and protein production. Dr. Danieli has extensive experience in consulting and collaborating with pharma and biotech companies, development of novel protein production platforms for recombinant proteins, and teaching both international and academic workshops and courses. She holds a PhD in molecular virology from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the University of California at San-Francisco..

 

Talya Dim, Chief Operating Officer

Talya Dim with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, manages BioGiv's ongoing operations, including the interface between the BioGiv companies and the university's infrastructure units. With extensive experience in project management from her previous works at the university.

Raisa Shtuhin

Raisa Ph.D. student in the Department of Biological Chemistry and Department of Cell and Developmental Biology. As the assistant previously to Dr. Noa Dekel and these days to Talya Dim, Chief Operating Officer at BioGiv, I am entrusted with pivotal responsibilities that contribute to the company's overarching goals. Beyond providing seamless operational support, my role includes managing BioGiv's digital presence, including the company website and social media platforms.

Noa Dekel PhD, Chief Operating Officer [On Sabbatical]

Noa Dekel

Dr. Noa Dekel manages BioGiv's ongoing operations, including the interface between the BioGiv companies and the university's infrastructure units. She has extensive experience in the production of recombinant proteins, electrophysiology, and molecular biology. Dr. Dekel holds a PhD in Neurobiology from the Hebrew University in collaboration with the University of Chicago. She did her post-doctoral training at the Hebrew University’s Protein Production Facility, developing platforms for production of therapeutic proteins in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies.
