Hebrew University (HU) Assets LTD is the executive company of the HU in the field of real estate and endowment funds management. The company manages commercial real estate of the HU inside the campuses, as well as across the country. One of their most celebrated projects is the High-Tech village in the Edmond J. Safra Campus, where close to 50 companies and start-ups operate in different areas of science and high-tech. The company is currently planning the HUJITECH, a hi-tech area that will be adjacent to the campus and offer over 100,000 square meters to companies from the Village and outside of it. The project is set to open its doors in early 2023.
